1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, we generally cannot accept returns on products once they have left our controlled supply chain. However, we want to ensure you are fully supported if an issue arises on our end.

You may request a replacement or store credit if:

  • You received an incorrect item different from what was ordered.
  • Your package arrived physically damaged or compromised during transit.

2. Reporting an Issue

If there is an error with your shipment, please notify our support team within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number, a clear photo of the items received (including the packaging and shipping label), and a brief description of the issue.
  • Claims made after 7 business days cannot be considered for replacement or credit.

3. Non-Returnable Item

To maintain strict quality control and safety standards, the following items are final sale:

  • Products that have been opened, punctured, reconstituted, or tested.
  • Items ordered in error by the customer.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotional events.

4. Processing Replacements & Store Credit

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Replacements: We will expedite a replacement of the correct or undamaged item at no additional shipping cost to you.
  • Store Credit: In instances where a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued to your account for future use.

5. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

We strive to resolve any fulfillment or product concerns directly and swiftly. We kindly ask that you reach out to our customer support team first to address any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.
